Suggested Usage:
-Before applying, gently wipe excess product off tip of wand.
-Wiggle brush at base of lashes to build volume, then work to lash tips.
-This formula was designed to grip onto every lash for max volume, make sure to coat your lashes from the base to the tip.
-Layer as desired.
