Suggested Usage:
-Gel Eyeliner in 02 Cocoa and 03 Black:
-Apply at the outer corner, moving toward the inner corner of the eye.
-Blend out with Smokey Eye Brush 14.
-Diffuse and intensify with appropriate eyeshadow using Smokey Eye Brush 14 on the top and lower lash line.
-All three shades can also be worn on the waterline.
